The Lead Wire Extruder is engineered to produce single or multiple lead wires of precise diameters, with a capacity of up to 3,000 lbs per hour. Customizable to meet diverse customer requirements, the machine is available in various configurations, supporting the production of lead wire in multiple diameters. It seamlessly integrates with Hydron’s LWS (Lead Wire Spooler) and LWTS (Lead Wire Take-Up System), which serve as the next steps in the process, or with compatible machines from other manufacturers. A standout feature is the vacuum degassing technology, which removes excess air in the extrusion chamber. This innovation ensures high-quality wire free from voids, blisters, or discontinuities.
